This circa 1940s property was in need of considerable amount of remedial work to bring it back to life and up to a good condition.
The project included among other items the replacement of all existing windows, reconstruction of large areas of the existing external masonry walls, installing remedial wall ties, damp proofing and minor waterproofing before applying a render coating and new protective paint system in the striking colour scheme selected by the Owners. The project was not without its challenges, but culminated in the revitalisation of the building to stand out as a prominent structure in the area and in keeping with the quality buildings of its era.
